Domestic Shipping:

Please note that due to COVID-19, Our showroom is not open to the public. Curbside Pickup Option is available. Please give us a call - we will place your order over the phone. Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm (EST) and Saturday from 10:00am to 1:00pm (EST)

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday unless the item is on Pre-Order. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. However, your order will be processed on the same day if order is received by 12 noon (Mon-Fri) EST (Canada) *Saturday is not a Delivery day 

*Please note that we will not be able to alter your order after it has been fulfilled. Most orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hrs. (Mon-Fri) after the order has been placed

*Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office for further information concerning custom duties or fees. 

*Please submit a ticket within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

*During peak sale season, the delivery time of your package(s) may take a little bit longer. Thanks for your patience. Please go to "my orders track" to track your order.

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS: 
In the instance that your package has been delivered by the tracking app but you have not received your items, please allow 3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s) After that time period, if you still have not received your package, contact us at care@saintapril.ca. Your order will either be reshipped or you will be provided with Store Credit. A refund will not be issued.
