CANDLE TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS & FAQS

by John April on November 21, 2021

WHY DO MY CANDLES SWEAT?

If there is liquid on top of your candle wax, it just implies that the scent is sweating. This is due to the generous amount of fragrance we use in each of our candles, providing you with an additional dose of love.

CANDLE WAX DISCOLORATION

Don't worry if your wax isn't white. Because of the organically derived elements in our mix, the candle may change colour when exposed to light or when the temperature changes.

AIR BUBBLES IN THE CANDLE

Air bubbles in your candle are created by temperature variations in the environment and will not impair the lifetime or diffusion of your candle.

WHY CANDLES TUNNEL?

The "memory ring" is what causes your candle to tunnel. Your candle will remember where it was last lit, and if it did not liquefy to the edge during the initial burn, it will remain that way. Giving it a longer burn period the next time around is a simple repair. Burn for a few minutes longer than normal, or until the pool reaches the edge.
